It seems icy conditions may also cause scissor legs! Hmm...why show each of the fingers on his hands but not even shoes on his feet?
Of course, there's also the curiosity of the sign being out when it was around 75 degrees that day!

I saw this sign at the Chicago Botanic Garden this past weekend and it struck me as funny.
